  • Must possess current DC ARMED Special Police Officer Commission
  • Must have five [5] years Verifiable SPO Employment History
  • Must successfully pass Drug Screening and Employment Background Screening
  • Must be a Self-Motivator with Good work Ethics
  • Must be able work with minimal supervision [5] years Police or Military experience a plus

Applicants Must posses the following.

Functional Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining a secure environment and thereby protecting and securing the personnel, guests, visitors and property of the client. Must be dependable, reliable and possess sound judgment. Must successfully complete a background investigation to include a criminal, credit, reference checks and a drug screening. Must have good interpersonal skills and present a neat and professional appearance.

Duties also include:

Communicating with and providing assistance to the public plus assistance with reports and duty logs; maintaining security at the client s facility by properly working his or her assigned post; conducting roving patrols; reporting security incidents or hazardous conditions; screening employees, guests and visitors to the client s facilities; monitoring security alarms or fire systems; issuing and controlling visitor passes; and maintaining and monitoring the visitor sign-in and sign-out log.
